End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement, as in this instance, is the agreement according to which you use the Lotus Web Services LLC website and services (the Platform). Use or access to the Platform means that you will adhere to this Agreement. In case of disagreement, you need to quit right away.

1. License Grant
Lotus Web Services LLC gives you a restricted, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform either personally or according to an authorized business within this Agreement and the legislation.

2. User Responsibilities
You are agreeing with the Platform that you will:

Use of the Platform should be legitimate.
Presentation of correct account information.
Leave your login passwords secret.
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or seek any unauthorized entry to the Platform.
Do not post destructive, deceitful, or malicious material.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

Prohibit duplication, alteration, or sharing of platform content without authorization.
Turn off security controls or harm system functionality.
NO Use scrapers, bots, or hacks.
Abuse intellectual property rights.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The intellectual property of Lotus Web Services LLC or its licensor is all the trademarks, graphics, descriptions of the products, text, images, and software on the Platform. You have no right to own and copy or otherwise use the content without authorization.

5. Suspension and Termination of Account
Lotus Web Services LLC has the right to suspend or cancel access in case:

You violate this Agreement
Fraud or harmful activity is identified.
Regulatory request or necessitated by law.
When you terminate, you automatically lose your right to use the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability
Lotus Web Services LLCis not liable to the full extent as allowed by law:

Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
Profit, data, and/or system loss.
Misuse or interruptions of third parties that are beyond our control.
Anyway, the maximum amount of liability will not be more than the price of the product or service bought.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is offered on an as-is and as-available basis. Lotus Web Services LLC does not guarantee continuous availability, use without errors, or compatibility with other devices.

8. Governing Law
The rules and regulations of this Agreement are subject to the USA without any consideration of conflict of law. Any disputes can be resolved in the USA-based courts.

9. Changes to This Agreement
Lotus Web Services LLC has the freedom to alter this EULA. The use of updates implies acceptance of updated terms.
